- Tear: Carefully tear a rectangle from the mulberry paper (slightly smaller than 2.5cm by 2.5cm in dimension).
- Draw Grid: With your scrap piece of paper, ruler and pen, draw a small square-shaped grid: Six lines across, six lines high (approx 0.5cm apart). This grid is the template which will show you where the 16 seed beads will be positioned.
- Cut: The outer lines of the grid you have drawn are the borders. Cut around the borders, to cut our your grid.
- Transfer: You now have to transfer the seed bead positions, to your aqua blue mulberry paper. Place the grid over the handtorn mulberry paper. Wherever your grid lines cross, that's where a seed bead will be, so make a dot on your grid with your pen, pressing fairly hard, so that you'll be able to see the 'dot' imprint on the mulberry paper. Do this for all sixteen bead positions. You can now discard your grid.
- PVC Glue: Under a good strong light, you should now be able to see the 16 dot imprints on your piece of aqua blue mulberry paper. Use them as a guide, to position your seed beads. Add a small blob of PVC glue on every dot imprint you made on the mulberry paper, and use your cotton bud stick, to pick up the seed beads and put them into place.
- Dry: Leave to dry.
- Spray Glue: Spray glue the dry beaded mulberry paper and carefully position it onto your folded card.
