- Always keep all your scrap paper. You can use them to
decorate your envelopes, punch holes in them or even use them
to quill. - Keep a notebook by your side, in your purse, bag or on
your night stand to jolt down creative card ideas, tips &
techniques you might have discovered - I love to use black magic for vintage looks, but you can
rip paper to give it the same look and it’s inexpensive. - Carry your pre printed stamp images where ever you go,
along with some colored pencils. You can always color them
while waiting for an appt or ride. - Make sure to use washable inkpads when doing arts with children.
As it can get messy and stain their hands and clothes. - Buy a pack of baby wipes to clean your rubber stamps.
No need to go out and spend money on expensive stamp cleaners. - When done using ink pads, always store them up side down
to let the ink sink to the top of the pad.
- Use poly bags to store your ready-made creative cards to protect them.
- Never store ink and inkpads in direct sunlight, they will dry out.
- When creating creative cards to mail. Use light weight paper so you won’t exceed a large postage price.
- You can always cover up your mistakes by layering it with paper.
- Get a storage bin, no need to buy one. Look around the house first before spending money. To keep all your scraps in.
- If mass producing cards for an event or occasion. Pre cut all your die-cuts. It will save you time.
- Use nail polish to apply on the ends of ribbon to prevent
